Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Profresh installed 5 split units at my residence a year ago, how ever our Evaporative cooler was not working on 3 outlets, so i called Matt from Profresh, who immediately sent Nathan Te to resolve and fix the problem. This was done today to my entire satisfaction and Nathan was really pleasant to deal with and fixed it promptly. This Company sticks to its promises and do fix any issues. Thank You Matt and Nathan once again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Matt recently installed a split system for my mum, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he and his team were professional, punctual, and respectful of her home. The installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard.
What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond by helping my mum with an additional task without hesitation. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.
Reliable, skilled, and genuinely great blokes — I would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking for quality service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys were super professional and great job. In particular the air con unit in my daughter’s room is working a treat now and we thought it might have been the end of it. On time, good explanation of what they needed to do and timely finish. The cost was also about 30% less than another quote I got so great value as well. Thanks guys!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great job by Matt at Profresh Airconditioning. Super quick supply and install, excellent workmanship, and a very good price. The best thing I noticed was Matt’s work ethic and sales approach — not pushy at all, just keen, professional, and genuinely hungry to do a great job. He was fast with initial pricing, happy to provide multiple quotes, and had the install completed within a week. Highly recommended. Thanks Matt!
